2010 MoneyMania RULES

 

Eligibility:

You need not be present to win.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

Purchaser authorizes Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School (TCC) to use his/her name, city and state, prize amount, photograph and/or video image in MoneyMania advertising and any promotional materials.

Tickets MUST be received by ONE-HALF HOUR prior to the any drawing(s) in order to be eligible for the drawing(s).


Tickets:

The price for each ticket is $50.

TICKET PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Ticket donation is not tax-deductible.

All proceeds, less prizes and expenses, benefit Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.


If Purchaser's check or credit card used for ticket purchase is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received by TCC prior to 12 noon on the date of the drawing(s).


Purchaser must legibly write name, address and telephone number on each ticket. Preprinted labels should not be applied to the entry ticket.  If such ticket is received, the entrant's information will be transcribed using indelible ink to another ticket and substituted in the drawings. Purchaser is responsible for legibility and accuracy of entry information if more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the "entrant¨. TCC shall have no obligation to any person other than the "entrant".


Retain your ticket stub. In the event of any dispute or controversy concerning the winner of the drawing, Purchaser will be required to produce ticket stub. TCC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Two Early Bird Drawings:


Each Early Bird Prize will be $500.00

Each Early Bird Winning ticket will be placed back in and remain eligible for the next drawing


#1: Held at 11:30 PM December 31, 2009 at the New Years Eve Party at Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School

            **Tickets must be turned in by 10:30PM on December 31, 2009 to be eligible

           

#2 Held at the Irish Extravaganza on March 20, 2010

            ** Tickets must be turned in by 9:00PM the evening of the extravaganza to be eligible





Remaining Prizes:

The remaining prizes will be drawn on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Fifty (50) MoneyMania prizes will be awarded. A preliminary prize (all except the Grand Prize and Second Prize) will be drawn approximately every 5 minutes beginning at 6:00 PM.   


Second Prize (2010 Nissan Rogue SUV) will be drawn at approximately 10:00PM at the MoneyMania event at Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School on May 22, 2010.  The winner of the car may elect a cash option of $17,500.00


Grand Prize of $25,000 will be drawn at approximately 10:15PM at the MoneyMania event at Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School on May 22, 2010.


The top ticket seller (person who sells the most raffle tickets) will receive a $250 cash prize and will be announced at the MoneyMania event May 22, 2010. Tickets sold online or sold at the school will not be deemed having a "seller name" and are excluded from this contest..

There will be a winning seller selected from all tickets sold at the MoneyMania Event.  The winning ticket will be drawn immediately prior to the second prize drawing, and will be selected by randomly drawing a ticket from the hopper.  The seller name on the ticket will be the winner of the seller raffle and will receive $500.  The ticket will be immediately placed back into the ticket drum after the name is recorded.


Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.




Prize Winners:


Prizewinners will be notified either by US mail or by email within 10 days of the drawing and must claim their prizes within 60 days of the drawing date.


A complete list of winners will be posted at http://www.tccsaints.com/ or www.win50grand.com . or may be requested by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to:  Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, 777 3rd Street NE, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.


TCC is not responsible for winner notices lost, returned or misdirected by the United States Postal Service, by email, or by any other shipper. After 60 days from drawing date, any unclaimed prizes become possession of Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School.


Prizewinners are responsible for payment of ALL APPLICABLE TAXES. 


Prizes should be picked up at Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School. Most prizes will be available for pick up at the MoneyMania event on May 22, 2010.   


If a prize must be shipped to the winner, winner should notify Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School in writing, via email or US mail within 45 days of the drawing.  Shipping costs and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid prior to shipment.  Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged during shipment. Prizewinners requesting shipment should purchase adequate shipping insurance for their prize.

Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, it's officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors or any person or organization affiliated with the MoneyMania  will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. By accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School or any affiliate for any liability resulting from the purchase of this ticket or any prize resulting therefrom.
